Teams

Teams allow you to organize members and share project access. Create teams, invite collaborators, and assign projects to control who can view or edit your work.

Go to Teams in the left sidebar.

Teams View

The Teams screen has two tabs:

InvitationsPending invitations you've received

Each team card shows:

  • Team logo and name
  • Owner/Member badge
  • Number of projects assigned
  • Team members avatars
  • Team Members link

Team Creation

  1. Click Create Team or the + button
  2. Fill in the team details:

Team LogoUpload an image (max 500KB)
Team NameUnique name for the team
Assigned ProjectsSelect projects to share with this team
Invite Team MembersEnter email addresses
  1. Set member permissions:
PermissionAccess Level
Can ViewRead-only access to assigned projects
  1. Click Submit

The team appears in the Teams grid.

Team Management

Click the menu on any team card:

ActionDescription
Edit TeamUpdate team name, logo, or settings
Manage MembersAdd or remove team members
Team ProjectsView and modify assigned projects
Delete TeamRemove the team (requires confirmation)

Team Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull control: edit team, manage members, delete team
MemberAccess assigned projects based on their permission level

Invitations

When you're invited to a team:

  1. Go to Teams → Invitations
  2. Click Accept or Decline next to each invitation
  3. You appear in the team as a member
