Display Settings
Enable Display Settings to customize how records and filters are presented in the list view.
Go to Areas → General, click the gear icon on a collection, then select the List View tab.
Display configuration
Configure how records are rendered and paginated.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Display Mode | Standard layouts for viewing records: Card Horizontal, Card, Table, or List. Select one or more; defaults to Table. |
| Advanced Display Mode | Structured views that require field configuration: Kanban and Calendar. Selecting one adds its configuration panel below. |
| Enable Pagination | Turn on pagination for records. When enabled, additional options appear. |
| Enable Infinite Scroll | Turn on infinite scroll loading for records. |
| Page Size | Number of records displayed per page. Only available when pagination is enabled. |
| Max Records | Maximum number of records to load. Only available when pagination is enabled. |
Kanban views
Each selected field creates an independent Kanban board. Use Add group by field to create more boards.

| Group By Field | The field whose values become the board columns. |
| Title | Optional board title (for example, "Sprint Board"). |
Calendar views
Each selected date field creates an independent Calendar view. Use Add date field to create more calendars.

| Date Field | The date field records are placed on. |
| Title | Optional calendar title (for example, "Due Date Calendar"). |
Filter configuration
Configure how the filter panel is presented. These settings mirror the filter panel settings in Settings → Theme and the area-level Theme tab.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Display Mode | How filters should be displayed. Defaults to Card. |
| Columns Per Row | Number of columns per row for the filter layout (1–4). |
| Use Field Icons | Enable to display field icons in filters. |
