Fields Configuration
Enable Customize Record Fields to control which fields appear in the list view and how they are displayed.
Go to Areas → General, click the gear icon on a collection, then select the List View tab.
Field settings
The Fields Configuration table lists every field in the collection and how it appears in the list view. Drag a field's handle to reorder fields directly — there are no separate action buttons.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Field Name | The field identifier. Required fields are marked with a star. |
| Column Span (0-12) | The number of grid columns the field spans. |
| Visible | Whether the field appears in the list view. |
| Sortable | Whether records can be sorted by this field. |
| Localization | For a field with Localization enabled, set its View Mode here — Current language or All surfaced languages (inherits from the theme). |
| Actions | Click the gear icon on a relational or association field to configure click-navigation behavior (see Navigation Configuration). |
