Fields Configuration
Enable Customize Record Fields to control which fields appear in the list view and how they are displayed.
Go to Areas → General, click the gear icon on a collection, then select the List View tab.
Field settings
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Field Name | The field identifier. Required fields are marked with a star icon. Default values are shown in parentheses. |
| Column Span (0-12) | How many grid columns the field should span. |
| Visible | Toggle whether the field appears in the list view. |
| Sortable | Toggle whether records can be sorted by this field. |
| Actions | Reorder fields using the up/down arrows. |
