Sort Order
Enable Sort Order to configure the default sorting order for records in the list view.
Go to Areas → General, click the gear icon on a collection, then select the List View tab.

You can define multiple sort rules. Records are sorted by the first rule, then by subsequent rules if values are equal.
| Field | Description |

| Field | Select the field to sort by. |
| Order | Choose Ascending or Descending. |
Click Add Order to add another sort rule.
